Fact:

More than 17 million animals were euthanized in this country in one year. After instituting active TNR (trap, neuter, return) programs, that number was decreased to 5 million!

Did You Know?

Did you know that every year more than 35,000 animals are put to death in Broward County alone due to overpopulation, abandonment and ignorance regarding the importance of spaying and neutering?

Many of these animals suffer terribly from preventable disease and starvation.

Noah's Ark, Inc., is committed to changing this equation. Through the use of TNR (trap, neuter, return), the volunteers of Noah's Ark have helped hundreds of these animals. Daily we provide food and medical care for about 300 stray and feral cats. The cats are humanely trapped, tested for disease, spayed or neutered, and given vaccines. An ear is notched for identification.

Animals that can be placed in homes are housed in foster homes until they can be successfully placed in a safe and nurturing environment. To meet just a few wonderful examples, please visit our adorable adoptables page.

To see what your contribution can do to make a difference, please visit our happy endings page and read the stories of once abandoned animals who are now in loving homes and truly are living the "Orphan Annie" dream come true.

Noah's Ark Sanctuary for Abandoned and Abused Animals, Inc., is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to reducing cat and dog over population by spaying and neutering as many as we can. Our goal is to acquire land to build a no-cage, no-kill shelter with room for veterinary care and adoptions with enough fenced area for healthy feral cats and dogs to roam freely and safely.

One hundred percent of all donations go directly to helping the animals and all donations are tax deductble.

Please help us help them.
